- The Lessee has requested the Lessor to allow the use of the Demised Premises for business purposes and for obtaining GST Registration, which the Lessor has agreed to.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS UNDER:

- Sub-letting: The Lessee shall not sub-let or assign the premises or any part thereof without prior written consent of the Lessor.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving one month’s prior written notice to the other party.
- Other Terms: The Lessee agrees to comply with all municipal, government, and statutory obligations relating to its business operations at the Demised Premises.

• Attach tenant entity’s PAN card, incorporation certificate, ID proof of authorized signatory.
