• The Lessee has requested the Lessor to allow the use of the Demised Premises for business purposes and for obtaining GST Registration, which the Lessor has agreed to.

6. Sub-letting: The Lessee shall not sub-let or assign the premises or any part thereof without prior written consent of the Lessor.
7. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement by giving one month’s prior written notice to the other party.
8. Other Terms: The Lessee agrees to comply with all municipal, government, and statutory obligations relating to its business operations at the Demised Premises.
