Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC)

Government of India is providing various types of incentives, subsidy and schemes in order to promote export of goods and Services from India to other Countries. Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) is the regulating authority which adapts the Foreign Trade Policy and regulates Import and Export in India. Application for incentive schemes can be applied online of the portal of DGFT dgft.gov.in. DGFT has granted licence to 26 Export Promotion Council and 9 Commodities Board in India. These export promotion councils are authorised to issue “Registration cum Membership Certificate (RCMC)”. The applicant applies for Registration cum membership certificate are entitled to gain authority to import / export restricted items subject to declaration of the same and entitled to apply for benefit or concession under Foreign Trade Policy such as RoSL (reversal of State Levy); DBK (Duty Draw Back); Duty Credit Scrips; MEIS etc. List of export promotion council and commodity Boards which are approved by DGFT for issuing Registration cum Membership Certificate are:
