FSSAI full form is Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, this is a regulatory authority which look after the food safety standards in India and is established by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Other Business	Other storage units, wholeseller, retailer, distributor, supplier, dhaba, banquet hall, club, canteen, hotel below 3 star, restaurant, transporter, marketer, hawker, petty retailer having turnover not exceeding INR 12 lakhs per annum	Other storage units, retailer, distributor, supplier, dhaba, banquet hall, club, canteen, hotel below 5 star, restaurant, marketer, hawker, petty retailer having turnover exceeding INR 12 lakhs per annum but not exceeding INR 20 crore per annum. Limit for wholeseller and transporter is INR 30 crore per annum	Other storage units, retailer, distributor, supplier, dhaba, banquet hall, club, canteen, all 5 star hotel, restaurant, marketer, hawker, petty retailer having turnover exceeding INR 20 crore per annum. Limit for wholeseller and transporter is INR 30 crore per annum.

			All importers importing food ingredients and additives
			All food catering services in defence location
			All storage, wholeseller, distributor and retailer having premises in Central Government Agencies
			All food catering services or wholesaler, retailer or distributor loacated at any sea port or air port.
