Format of Rent Agreement

1. Property Description:
The Landlord hereby agrees to rent to the Tenant the premises known as:

2. Term of Agreement:

3. Rent:

10. Subletting:
The Tenant shall not sublet or assign the premises or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the Landlord.

11. Termination:
